The Covid 19 pandemic and the resulting quarantines, closures and regulations have had a significant impact on local small businesses. While many established businesses have attorneys and other advisors to whom they can turn for advice, many smaller businesses have been left without guidance and without the resources to obtain guidance. USC Law School students have come together in an effort to help local businesses facing issues and questions about how to proceed through the pandemic and the gradual easing of restrictions that follow.
Although it often is not possible to provide definitive answers to some of the hardest questions facing businesses, we hope to provide information, research, guidance, and resources to help frame a path forward.
The following pages and links address questions facing local businesses.
While each business is different, we hope that some of these resources will be helpful.
